WELCOME AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Liturgist
PRELUDE
- TO WORSHIP (Responsive) Liturgist
Let our hearts exult in the Lord;
our strength is exalted in God.
Let our mouths be ever fixed in praise;
God has given us the victory.
There is no Holy One like the Lord;
there is no Rock like our God.
Praise the Lord!
HYMN #263 Immortal, Invisible, God Only Wise
CALL TO CONFESSION Liturgist
Trusting in the grace of God, let us confess our sins against God and our neighbors.
- OF CONFESSION (Unison) Liturgist
O God, who is faithful and just, we have failed to help those who have little while we have much. We are boastful and haughty and fail to appreciate the gifts you have given. Our arrogance has led us away from your righteous way. Forgive us, Merciful God, and lead us to a humble path, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.
SILENT PRAYERS OF CONFESSION MAY BE OFFERED
DECLARATION OF FORGIVENESS Liturgist
People of God, Jesus Christ, who gave himself once and for all, forgives and saves. Therefore, be reconciled to one another, holding fast to the confession of our hope, through Christ our Lord.

HYMN #339 Be Thou My Vision
Affirmation of Faith. Adapted from the Scots Confession (Unison)
We confess and acknowledge one God alone, to Whom we must cleave, Whom alone we must serve, Whom only we must worship, and in Whom alone we put our trust. Who is eternal, infinite, immeasurable, incomprehensible, omnipotent, invisible; one in substance and yet distinct in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. We most surely believe that God preserved, instructed, multiplied, honored, adorned, and called from death to life His Kirk in all ages since Adam until the coming of Christ Jesus in the flesh. Amen
